Hannah Spary-Hawthorn, Behaviour Technician

Hannah is a Behaviour Technician who has experience working with individuals with a diagnosis of Autism.

She worked in a SEN school for 5 years as a teaching assistant with various ages from young children to teenagers. They all had a variety of abilities, personalities, and different diagnoses, such as Autism and Additional Learning difficulties.

She then worked at a residential school working with young people with Autism of different profiles, supporting them in learning daily living skills and accessing work placements alongside their school education.

Hannah has been training as a Behaviour Technician on ABA Programmes with Blossom ABA Ltd. since December 2020.

Hannah enjoys helping individuals to achieve a good quality of life and believes that all individuals are able to learn effectively when given the right support and tools to empower them to be celebrated for who they are. Everyone should have their needs and wants met and she encourages this in her daily practice for all individuals. We are all different and learn in different ways, and Hannah makes sure every skill she is teaching a learner is holistically approached.
