Our Team Structure
About the Team
Our behavioural consultants are certified by the UK Society for Behaviour Analysis (UK SBA) and the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board (BACB), and we work regularly in Wales and England (UK), especially Berkshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, Reading and London areas. We work with behavioural consultancy in person or online.
As part of a team, we value engagement, feedback and mutual support, in a culture where we share similar values.
Our Team Structure
UKBA (Certs) & BCBAs
Our team of Consultants provide assessments, design, implement and regularly monitor behavioural programmes at home, in school and other settings as part of an educational package. We work with both Local Authority or privately funded programmes.
We monitor the progress of bespoke goals that are set with the people we serve whilst valuing their feedback and views from their family.
As part of a collaborative team, we work with the team around the person, provide input and reports for annual progress review meetings and tribunals.
Business Support
We have a Business Support Coordinator with experience in frontline customer services, staff support and business operations.
Human resources (HR)
Our staff access the support and expertise of an independent People & Culture local HR consultant, who has been regularly present and knows all our staff personally.
Organisational Behaviour Management (OBM)
Our company receives qualified OBM input, and we have an established Executive and an Ethics Committee which provide input for organisational decisions.
