Director & Senior Board Certified Behaviour Analyst


Veronica Dunning is a bilingual Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and autism mum. She obtained a bachelors degree in Arts in and started her career as a Teacher of English as a Foreign Language in 1995. From initial experience working with her son and how effective ABA has been in her son's life, Veronica has been setting up and supervising ABA programmes since 2012. She obtained her Masters degree in Behaviour Analysis and Therapy through the University of South Wales in 2016.

Veronica has has experience in collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team and in providing high quality service to learners and their parents. She has also got experience in providing parent coaching to support families with achieving meaningful outcomes for the life of their children which has ultimately been beneficial for the whole family. Furthermore, Veronica has been actively involved with disseminating the science of behaviour analysis and has experience managing staff and teams and supervising teams locally and internationally. Her experience in setting up ABA programmes and building evidence of progress has been key in supporting Blossom ABA Limited Families in obtaining funding for ABA. This support includes contributing towards the drafting of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP-England) and Statement of Special Needs (Wales).

Veronica is a mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) practitioner. She is committed to providing excellent customer services to both staff and clients, and the team receives regular human resources and Organisational Behaviour Management (OBM) input from highly specialist practitioners.
