Veronica Dunning, UKBA (Cert.), BCBA & CEO
Details
I am a bilingual UK Behaviour Analyst (UKBA Cert.), Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), Qualified Behaviour Analyst (QBA) and consultant, working in English and Portuguese, with extensive experience delivering high-level, outcomes-focused work across international settings.
Based in the UK, I work with clients globally, providing practical, evidence-based consultation across both clinical and workplace contexts.
I have experience in advocacy, parenting, education, and workplace coaching, including executive functioning and neurodiversity coaching with adults.
I also support organisations through team development and implementation, and provide individual supervision for behaviour analysis certification candidates, contributing to the development of high-quality professional practice.
Alongside my consultancy work, I am a PhD student at Queen’s University Belfast, focusing on improving the quality of supervision standards.
My training and professional interests include trauma-informed practice, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and organisational behaviour management (OBM), which underpin my approach to both individual and systems-level work.
I have worked across Europe, the United States, Brazil, and other international settings, and have contributed to formal processes as a UKBA (Cert.) / BCBA expert witness in SEND tribunal proceedings.
I am known for my ability to engage clients effectively, sustain progress over time, and operate with a high level of professional judgement and autonomy.
My work is also shaped by lived experience as a parent navigating both children’s and adults’ SEND education, social care, and benefits systems in the UK, which has strengthened my commitment to delivering high-quality, ethical, and practical support for individuals and families.
I value positive collaboration, working alongside professionals from a range of specialties, and maintaining a strong professional network that supports shared learning and professional exchange.
Outside of my professional work, I value time with family, travel, gardening, and simple routines that support balance and sustainability.
As part of a company that has established mission and values, we seek to work with a like minded team, and each member of our team is an essential part of our company.
